It’s nothing but an assumption to say QM’s involvement with rico was intentionally hidden by Drake when QMs name was all over the credits for Drake’s full length LP that came out months prior

it’s much more likely that the song was sitting in Meek’s vault for a while until clearance, and Meek’s team only bothered to ask if it could be cleared, not if they were missing any writing credits
