krishna boundSome of the biggest “what ifs” in US history are def Huey Long not getting killed, JFK not getting killed, Nixon not getting impeached/resigning, and Gore winning in 2000. The 2000s election and Bush years were crazy influential and at the time I don’t think people knew just how much that would be a cultural and political pivot even 20 years later
