He did say this album was heavily introspective. This was a while back so no telling what the project compares to what he considered “CLB” at that point in time, but I feel like he always has two or three songs on each album that take a deep dive into that bag you’re referring to. He’s just too diverse to ever make 10 sandras roses on one album and call it a body of work. It would be too one dimensional for him. (I’m making a slight assumption based on how he’s discussed making albums in the past.)
