Need drake vs lil wayne after Wayne gets out
I think Wayne will get probation and community service. He plead guilty like he knew he had a secret deal in place.

Donny prolly promised him a free pardon
Ok this ChingSZN
Dude is a f***ing legend, need him to make a comeback with the bars on here
Not Around is going to be killed by Critics even though that song is amazing
I donāt even look at the critics lmao who cares. Theyāve held zero value for years now.
With dvsn dropping "Amusing her feelings" this month it may cause drake to push back to February š¤·āāļø

I think the album is dropping this month. It has to. You cant put out a trailer and put January 2021 and not drop it.

LMAO I know it's just funny that people still think that critics are still needed when more than half of the reviews now are just bashing an artist

They have their favorites and its so obvious lmao. They judge off of who the artist is and not the music. Anything kendrick puts out will be a 9.8/10 lol. And thats not me hating on kendrick because I like his music, its just facts.
The amount of time spent on clb reminds me of views. Budden said drake sounded uninspired and that 40s production was all that was good. I feel like this album will get similar hate.

I remember that but I think Views was affected by the whole Meek beef. Seems to be in a good space this time around.

Literally. If that was the case (pushing it back) Driz wouldāve deleted the post by now which has been viewed by millions of people or wouldāve said that heās busy with last minute touch ups that need the album to be pushed back by a week or two into Feb etc.
I was thinking Cole.
but also lowkey lil baby because he has openly asked Drake like 4 times this year to hop on records.
But I want it to be Cole cause it would shock the game. an I would buy the vinyl for a collectors item.
A Drizzy x Cole album

I sure hope not. This would be a bad time for Drake to be perceived as āuninspiredā. Itās his first studio album of the new decade so it will set the tone for the next chapter in his legacy. 3 out of his last 4 releases over the past 5 years have been critically panned and have had a lukewarm response from the general public. Then you have those who are pushing the narrative that his run is over (charlamagne) His talent hasnāt really been appreciated since IYRTITL tbh.
Heās also not getting any younger and this might be his last project before he enters the second half of his thirties so heāll be pushing 40 before you know it. Also itās his sixth studio album which is significant for a number of reasons: sixth album from the 6 God; the fact that the sixth studio album is the magnum opus for the artists he respects most - The Blueprint (which will see its 20th anniversary in 2021), Thriller, Carter III, etc.
When you really connect all the dots itās easy to see how important this album is to his legacy. He canāt afford to sound uninspired at all or even be perceived as such. Every performance needs to be impressive at bare minimum if not transcendent. I think CLB is the most important album of his career. The steaks feel really high to me. Kinda like how last nba finals was crucial for Bron.

I agree with some parts you said but his last 3 of 4 havenāt been critically panned a 70 to 80 is not critically panned and Twitter haters looking to go viral donāt count as Luke warm to the general public when 3 of the 4 albums went over Diamond worldwide and are 5 to 7x platinum in the United States alone.
I sometimes think yāall let yāall time lines get in yāall head.
In real life I hear Drake music everywhere.
Reminder also Twitter is only 10% of the U.S. population which is why all these over hyped artists only sell 100 -200k but they tweets get a million likes....see Ariana and Bieber and Carti and Travis Scott singles, Albums and or features flopping as proof.
In Real Life He on the 1&3 most watched and listened to songs tho.

And I donāt think anyone ever questions Drakeās commercial relevance and popularity. If they do itās not taken seriously.
What people question is Drakeās ability to craft a creatively transcendent body of work at this stage in his career. A project that is more than the sum of its parts, more than a meaningless collection of good to great Drake songs. I think he can without a doubt but until he does the critics, haters, and casuals will come for him.
Everyone ālistensā to Drake lol. People will listen to him all day just to turn around and hate on him in a rap debate with their friends. The numbers are cool but a lot of them streams be fake love.
