    Because I expected it to be like Graduation or Tha Carter III and just be smash pop rap hits and it wasn’t really it

    It came off an unfocused album with hits and misses

    Thought he was gonna be on the melodic s*** that makes him great, waited 3 years for futsal shuffle and forced choir and way back samples.

    It’s beginning to click for me and I love the good songs but you lying to yourself if you think it was worth the wait. Like he deadass tried to remake xo tour life

    He just gave you a whole deluxe version full of that melody s***

    Tbh I hate people (mainly on Instagram) that aren’t really fans of a artist, but when an artist gets a lot of hype for an album (Astroworld, EA, etc.) they are the first ones to say that they’re so disappointed and it didn’t live up to the hype/wait. F***ing hate these people.

    Same, Huncho Jack is definitely one of my most played albums since it came out. So much replay value for me

    Same for me, was my most played s*** in 2018. Their are no songs that really stand out, but it’s mad consistent and every song has something special about it, like a line, flow or something in the production. I don’t get the hate.

    Nas - Hip Hop is dead - he sounded out of touch but it grew
    Jay z - BP2 - hovlaff
    Camron - Killa Season - i was hype after purple haze but nah.
    Lil Wayne - C3 - lotta hype for lotta nothing.

  • It's amazing to me how many of yall thought Views was gonna be like the ultimate Drake masterpiece... Nothing made me think that it was going to before it was released lol...

    Was he really talking like it was going to be his best work before it came out?
