Nah I agree the concept has been done to death and they’ve done a better job of it then Tory but the fact that Tory was capable to do this and it opened for him to do more singing (I got tired of his rapping tbh) was great … now do I think this may be overrated it really all depends on how you see it 🤷‍♂️

Deluxe was cool but I wasn’t overly impressed. I appreciate he took the chance to even do something like this to begin with. I can remember not really caring for the original album though.

Pros - Deluxe tracks are cool nice variety and addition to the album. Crystal Strawberry & Hurts Me are fantastic the other tracks are fine but not terrible by any means. Production is a vibe for sure isn’t lacking at all in that department.

Cons - I hate the breathy singing lol it does nothing for me and drenched in auto tune isn’t convincing me otherwise. Sometimes that just works I can’t lie like on Color Violet. Poison Ivy and Shut Up & Love literally sound like Chris Brown songs. Not that it is bad but that’s just all I hear.
