It’s a challenge every morning I wake up. To keep the day to day operating but also try to build for the long term to be sustainable.
It’s not an overnight thing, it’s not a get rich quick, it’s not a I make a million dollars and take advantage of all these employees.

Mar 16, 2023·editedI work in software sales. I did what you are wanting to do. Started a bussiness in 2020. Kept my job. It was mainly online. Covid and recession f***ed me but still made progress and hey, I'm gonna be laughing when recession calms down.
So far I took my monthly salary from 5k to 10k. Before recession hit We had our highest month which was $15K.
Lemme know if u have any questions. If I did it you probably can too.
No 🧢 my next goal is to get this to 20k and then start dumping money into promoting my rnb songs. And maybe I'll snowball into organic traffic. I think the music's fire.
I'm posting this to show u guys that if I pulled this off from my bedroom with a 9 to 5 you can too. Just not easily or overnight

I employ 15 people and every single one is a racial minority and have families.
I lay them 28/hour when the industry standard starts at 18 and crawls to 22./hr.If you take care of good people and pay them well the business benefits. If my employees are happy, my bussiness grows. If they f***ing hate me and I pay them s*** then my business will suffer.
It's in my best interest to keep good people and grow. I've worked for 3 years all day to generate the sales and do marketing so all of these 15 people have full time employment every single week. Even during covid we gave as many hours as we could get.
Very basic takes like this makes me cringe so bad. If you've never had a business of your own you don't know what you're talking about. Buddy reading textbooks about capitalism and then lecturing people on business bro.How many people feed their children because of you every week? Zero.
