One thing this album made me realize though, is that I tend to predict lyrics subconsciously. Like I complete the rhyme before the artist does and I'm actually usually spot on. But she'd switch up her flow or something and catch me off guard a lot

Breakup album discussing similar themes, both have that edgy aesthetic to it, Brutal and Igor's theme kick the albums off on a similar note. I just felt like Sour was a less abrasive, more commercial IGOR on my first listen

This is spot on. Its got a certain concept that isn't going to appeal to everyone if you haven't been through a really bad breakup. She gets ignored by a lot of people like Tyler does. People think its too weird to listen but if they gave it a chance its really good

I just think it’s interesting the balance the industry tries to strike with Hispanic artists. Like how much they want them to be white passing vs having a Hispanic last name.
