It sucks and nobody likes doing it, but 1) it is never going to change and 2) it’s part of the custom to be expected, so I just do it anyway to not feel weird or like an a******.
Wtf they ask you for a tip when you order and pick up your own pizza
Wtf, where?
Off the top of my head dominos asks for a tip, also Buffalo Wild Wings puts a tip on automatically and you have to remember to take it off
Don't tip in any other country. Idk why Americans feel like they're entitled to extra money for doing their job. I still tip but people mad at folks for not tipping are lame
Discounting tips, American service staff see less than their counterparts in other developed areas

Thats crazy, that honestly would make me want to stop supporting those type of fast food chains.
Theres places I go too and they automatically charge you 3% of your total for using a credit or debit card.
Like excuse me, what?
i never got why you should have to tip more the larger your bill is
$5 at most anything more and you’re showing off

it’s crazy how you’re encouraged to use your card for everything now but are still punished for it
the banks up here take almost $20 in monthly fees just for using debit it’s f***ed up

Starbucks asking me to tip in the drive thru, Panda Express asking me to donate every time, restaurants asking me to tip when I order take out, pizza places asking me to tip for picking up a pizza, god damn everybody wants free f***ing money
if you tip at any franchise place you playing yourself
there’s like 7 people working in starbucks and they all get paid the same those tiny tips ain’t helping anyone

you should definitely tip your barber if you have a main and they always do a good job it’s like a lil reminder to keep up the good work
plus you gotta keep ‘em on your good side you trusting them with your life
Yeah I don’t tip I be like “no” the f*** why would I pay you more for doing your job
lots of these places the employees will just tell you to skip past the tip screen it kinda makes me feel bad
i wouldn’t be surprised if mcdonald’s in america builds a tip feature into their kiosks soon anyways

If i’m in the states i’d tip if it’s good service, bc i’d feel bad for the waitresses getting f***ed over by yall government but still as someone who comes from a place where they get paid and where we don’t need to tip i understand why people feel like it’s backwards
