The delivery/service/convience fees dont go to the delivery man. They are bullshit fees that these courier service charge to "cover the cost of running said service".

I tip, but Uber eats didn’t even always have tipping so you sound dumb. Uber should be distributing the money properly to get them paid. A delivery fee and a service fee and Uber takes commish from driver and restaurant, no excuse.
