I tip, but Uber eats didn’t even always have tipping so you sound dumb. Uber should be distributing the money properly to get them paid. A delivery fee and a service fee and Uber takes commish from driver and restaurant, no excuse.
Also I stopped tipping and using doordash altogether because they stole tips
I’m not sure why you disagree with me then. I agree with you. I’m saying if you’re already willing to pay the stupid extra fees uber puts on how hard is a $5 cash tip. Uber exploits the s*** out of their employees
you lame
if you can’t tip make your own s***
this don’t make sense lmao
if we go to the stores ourselves or just make our own food then you’ll lose out on money and start crying
but thankfully i’m in a country where tipping isn’t real
No correlation
Tip is a way to say I like how your doing your job without saying it verbally
And mfs just expect a tip when they're doing a job they're employer gonna get pay them for anyways
then on the review order i’ll give you 5 stars lmao
Same people s***ting on republicans for giving money to large corporations and f***ing over the common man be the ones itt paying the Uber service fee but refusing to tip
then on the review order i’ll give you 5 stars lmao
never worked a job that got tips so idk
I had a part time job at Home Depot during the summer and this lady tipped me 20 bucks cause I helped her choose a gazebo and patio furniture and rent a van to transport it
Company policy to not accept tips to
Same people s***ting on republicans for giving money to large corporations and f***ing over the common man be the ones itt paying the Uber service fee but refusing to tip
not the same
I used to drive for them. I got used to not expecting tips but if you're in a tall ass apartment building making me go all the way up or wait 5 minutes in the lobby and don't tip then f*** you.
I delivered for 3 places and they only ever made us report the minimum to taxes in order to evade extra taxes (and paperwork)
But yeah I made like 3.50 an hour without including my tips basically. Was like 5 years ago now
Usually only tip afterwards if I got an exceptional delivery and my order was straight, otherwise no I’m not tipping all the time
Just delivered Uber eats for the first time yesterday. The amount of driving I did, the way I was switching lanes like the f***ing transporter.....was not worth the money. I was speeding just to make sure the customers got their food in a timely manner because I know what it’s like to be hungry
Someone made an order in the mall food court. Which means I had to find parking. Mind you it’s holiday season so there is no parking. Then I had to walk myself through the mall to the food court, then stand in line. All in all a 30 minute trip for $2.75. I made $20 in 3 hours. And all of it went back to my gas tank because of all the driving
Look fam, I don’t really calculate percentages and all that. I tip based on service. And if it’s delivery, I tip based on understanding how real it out here. My meal could be $10 and I might tip $10. Nor do I force anyone to tip. I’m a big tipper but I don’t get mad because not a lot of people are generous like I am. But fam, these drivers do alot of driving for a whole lot of nothing. If there’s no tipping, the service fee needs to be $6.00 minimum. F*** how much the food costs
I never tip in my life
Ps for anyone says I am piece of s*** I live in Australia and we don’t have have tipping culture cause workers get paid decent wage. Tipping Uber eats drivers is normalising the culture around tipping and I don’t want that.
This thread again
Folks are out here working and risking their lives getting you food in the middle of a pandemic. They just tryna make ends meet. Don’t be a d***head fam
