What did you do to help you get in the right headspace? I know a lot of people say "Work on yourself" and that's true, but I'm fumbling hard even in the DMs and texts before getting a girl to meet up

Do you approach girls in other public spaces like stores or malls? It seems like doing that in one setting all the time is just gonna cause trouble. Especially in a small college.
