not being able to move your arm is top 1 weirdest and frustrating things. they said the arm always comes last though. like i can kick my leg and do s*** with my leg cause u feel leverage from my thigh but i can’t get any leverage to do the same w my arm

i was able to walk today with my arm around my pt’s shoulder. felt spry af

yes and the doc got rid of some other things in my head that could be future problems
