Na bro shockingly I used to drink that s*** everyday during lunch break. Like carrots and mixed with other veggies. It’s weird but it got me through the day and I got used to it. I also felt very great throughout the day

How long did it take you? I've been doing the same thing you have been doing and just watching how much I eat but I still have a long ways to go.

ive only started taking things seriously since february 2020. i was eating whatever i want before for about 6-8 months prior. my only rule was to make it myself. ppl around me noticed i was losing weight. i took a selfie and compared it to an old pic and was shocked.
that actually motived me to stop f***ing around
Good s*** hype
Became a pescatarian, stopped eating breakfast and i lost 40 pounds
pescatarian diet def the wave for me
i was on it for a month or so and i never felt better or more lean
Congrats man this is a bigger accomplishment than most people ever do in their life
Aside from being lighter have you noticed anything different after losing the weight?
were you walking everyday or did you just change your eating habits? @Hi_Roller

a lot. i didnt care about anything while i was eating myself to death.
im actually taking care of myself now internally, externally.

im rly not capping when i say i only walked to the grocery store 2 mins from my house. i only eat fresh so that was every 2 days or so
its simple math.
eat less calories than you burn a day
use a calorie tracker and you can easily lose weight without working out
Word people that think exercise is the only option well yikes.
Sure it helps but if you don’t take care of your diet first then your sol.
As for me well I eat like a maniac especially when I got the munchies but I work out like a maniac to compensate hence why I went from 216 lbs in march to 185 in June and I’m still averaging around it and I’m 6’1 all muscle now I’m just leaner and faster with a god like cardio
Anyways good s*** @op

yup ppl be adding dates to their smoothies instead of a sweetener and think they are doing something
Good work OP! I actually got a real hack for all u fat asses out there.
I lost 100 pounds without exercising and eating McDonalds 5+ times a week! (I worked there for 4 years, didn't even hang myself!)
Trick is beating sugar addiction and drinks, no joke. Literally keep eating all the stupid fatass s*** you currently eat, just don't drink anything but water, black coffee and 0 cal alcoholic drinks. You get 1 small 10 ounce glass of juice or soda or sugary s*** a day, no more, and make sure you mix that with 10 ounces of water to water down the sugar. The rest is 1.5+ liters of clean ass f***ing water.
You see, the reason you're a fatass is because you're addicted to sugar, not because of an addiction to food itself. Go 2 weeks only drinking water, and then take a sip of a soda and you'll literally feel like vomiting. The amount of sugar in drinks is stupidly insane, sugar drinks are the leading cause of sugar addiction. If you cut out your sugar drinks, you'll crave sugar left often and therefor eat less naturally, not to mention the 500+ calories a day you're saving just but cutting out those drinks.
When you combine the calories savings of skipping drinks, and the sugar addiction s***, it's basicly a magic bullet for fat. I swear dude, I was eating XL fries and double bigmacs daily, still do, I just watch my drinks.

i dont want ppl to destroy their insides while losing weight, but yes this is possible

I don't see how this could be dangerous, what do you mean? Sounds pretty healthy to switch sugar water for real water, idk how that could go wrong. If you're just saying it's irresponsible to tell them to keep eatin what they're eating, they're addicted to sugar, they won't be able to stop until they break the sugar addiction, which is easiest w/ drink control.
