ordered resistance bands with a 50 lbs max weight to workout at home. (gyms are closed)

use a calorie tracker and you can easily lose weight without working out

Wow I used to do dat s*** for fun wen I was 16-17. That’s probably the reason I’ve been slimmer these last 5 years. This def something I’ll be doing again 2021. You just made blueberry or other fruits?

i actually didnt change my eating habits first.
i recreated 6 of my favorite takeout foods at home. thats what prompted my weightloss journey 1.5 years ago
u will lose weight that way without even noticing
Cutting out the bullshit food is the first step and could honestly be the only step needed for some people

yup u can do it with any fruit but every store carries 1 kg frozen blueberries for cheap so thats why i mentioned it
