Can you or @op give any tips on how to start eating better? I'm pretty skinny due to my metabolism but my diet is such s***...i feel like garbage too.
My diet not the best, but ya learning to cook more is a great first step. You’ll be able to make better tasting, healthier, and cheaper food after some practice.
After eating well for a while you’re body will start recognizing feeling better and you’ll start to crave junk food less and less imo
Everyone should love their body!
Ok what if someone loved their body more and increased their quality of life exponentially by dropping say 100 lbs

A good video for anyone trying to move towards healthier eating habits
OP i saw your post in the fitness thread and was inspired
Im a little overweight but nothing crazy, but after christmas i noticed i was the heaviest i ever was and realized i need to make a change. I’m 23 and dont want to spend the prime of my life being chubby
Im doing my best to cut out sugars and processed foods and im trying to load up on protein, all while eating under 2000 cals a day
Im also going to try to start going to the gym once it reopens from covid, even if its only twice a week or so. From my understanding more muscle mass helps you burn more calories
Ive only been eating at a calorie deficit for a few days and ive already shed about 6 pounds off, but it sucks because im hungry as hell all the time lol. Any low cal meal or snack ideas you use?
once you start eating clean all the processed s*** starts to taste like trash
i first noticed it when my fav snack tasted too salty.
paprika chips. lived on that s*** my whole life and it didnt taste good anymore. mind was blown
Everyone should love their body!
aye take that s*** to mental health thread. im tryna save ppl from a heart attack

This
People shouldn’t necessarily be obsessed with weight loss but if youre overweight, shedding some of it off can drastically increase your confidence, improve your brain power which makes you feel drastically better, and helps you slay b****es
been doing IF since september
I lost 30 pounds doing if myself but I've been awful about keeping up with it. Gotta start doing it again for real
It’s easy if you’re not lazy. Even dumb meatheads can do it. Measure your servings with a food scale and use Google for nutrition facts
the second sentence so true.
Ive also realized that a bunch of my weight gain probably came from alcohol. I moved into a house with some of my friends for grad school and ive been drinking way more than i have in the past. If anyone drinks a lot on weekends, switching to vodka and using seltzers and stuff for mixies can potentially save thousands of calories

yeah i've been a shut-in for the most of 2010s. wouldnt wish it on nobody. my 20s are not over yet tho!
cant help u with the muscle questions since im all fat
i can with recipes tho !!
a quick tip to save a ton of calories is get a nonstick pan.
oil is the most calorie-dense food. u will need less to zero of it if ur pan doesnt need it to cook stuff.
this was my diet from february to july
i was doing it for trivial reasons lmao. i wanted to be able to pull off Rick Owens sneakers.
but now i just wanna live!
Aye man Karl lagerfeld lost like half his weight to wear dior homme the way it was meant to be worn

I cook with olive oil a lot so i should definitely either use a lot less or cut it out completely
Might be a dumb question but do you use pam or anything on non stick pans or just raw dog it? Still not the best cook haha

i do IF & Clean Keto combined. u dont get hungry on keto which leads to IF. i'd never do IF by itself. sounds like torture

Being hungry all the time, waking up starving is the worst ngl
also being a weed user doesn’t help at all
OP looked like what Dwayne Haskins gonna look like now that he's been released
Great stuff OP, you really put in work
well i dont anymore, but the recipe for that is:
(im not posting this for you, but for others that need it)
u can mix and match any of this stuff.
pre-made granola mixes are sugary crap so make it urself

i used a baking brush to coat the surface of the nonstock pan with oil. that was more than enough
the oil spray is unnecessary and expensive for no reason.
