This mix is me tapping into hard hitting Amapiano with a touch of deep house . They are host of artists on this mix but the acts I’ve been obsessed with are Nkulee501 , dJY zAN sa, Skroef28 , Blaqnick , Cyfred and Master Blaq. This group is a mix of black is brown and piano hub artist and man I can’t get enough. What I love about these producers is that they have their own unique log drum . I gravitate a lot to artists with their on unique voices for me its the most important thing in an artists journey .Show out to Miles Davis for constantly hitting on that point. The Log drum is the heart and soul of amapiano and these guys really bring a unique perspective to the genre . These guys are more than just producers they are sound architects . Anyway the tracklist is below hope you enjoy it .P.s. wanted to bless ktt with some of my archives they have just been collecting dust .

This mix is primarily for the private school yanos from the the godfather of private school piano Djy Jaivane . This mix comprises of tunes mostly from his record label Simnandi records . A good introduction to this style of amapiano is to listen to Djy Jaivane’s xpensive collections, i love the "Dj Jaivane July Birthday mix" a lot .You can find them on YouTube and on streaming platforms. My favorite artists from their roster past and present are record L Jones, Spizzy , Amu Classic ,Muziqal Tone, Young Stunna, Lee Mckrazy etc .Young Stunna started out here before blowing up so he is on a bunch of their compilation albums .

Just a warning this mix is heavy on percussion and really just high energy amapiano . I legit only put aggressive Amapiano in this one so don’t play this if you plan to make love lol .I’ve been interested in Djy Zan Sa since I first heard “Century” and have been digging his stuff a lot .I also sprinkled some music from his fellow Black is Brown label mates the goats Mellow and Sleazy and another new fave of mine Visca . I’m excited for the future of amapiano and also glad to see Mr jazziq nurturing new talent in the scene , black is brown entertainment has one of the best rosters at the moment and these producers are so young.The log drum that these boys use is immaculate and just hard hitting as always the track list is below hope you enjoy it .
