The fact that the showrunners have absolutely no prior work experience is what has me worried. How the hell do you give the most expensive tv show ever to someone who’s never made..well.. anything.

Yeah he was relatively small when they got him to direct

To be fair though, I don’t think that’s really the same thing. Peter worked on like 7 other projects before the trilogy, some having had a budget in the 3-5 million range, whereas these two guys showrunning this have literally zero credits on anything prior to this. Then, consider the fact that this will be the most expensive show EVER. It just feels confusing to take a risk this big on amateurs imo.
