Wtf was saurons goal this whole time anyway? The rings seem to be of profit to the elves, did he really go through all that just to try to convince galadriel to be his queen lmfao
If she didn't find out that he was sauron in time he would have been able to inflict his will on the elves would have been bound to him. that's why she said they had to be made strictly by the hands of elves
The visuals of the revelation scene were awesome
But man was the harfoot s*** this season boring. It all could've been summed up with "It's Gandalf"
Hobfoot sections for the kids
Adar vs Sauron causing a civil war in Mordor?
Forging the ring and killing Adar are definitely on his to do list. It doesnt look like he has any followers at the moment.
Also cant wait to see the rise of the Nazguls. Before the Sauron thing I thought Halbrand was gonna be one of them tbh.

The class divide between the orcs and the urklukhai and the goblins or whatever in two towers was hilarious so I hope they have a civil war

I remember one scene from LOTR where an orc brawl turns into all out war in a matter of seconds

or like he didnt already have celebrimbor acting weird
Finished the season
Is it as bad as people say it is? No, but it’s not far off. It’s some definite mid
Anybody who claims this is top tier tv has an agenda to push and is just cappin.
Visually yes it’s good, but acting and script wise you need to put bias aside and just accept it’s not very good lol.
You can’t say because a show is visually pleasing it’s 9-10/10, that’s only a piece of the puzzle when this show is largely dialogue and character driven, this ain’t transformers.
Overall a meh season, like 4-5/10.
Also her only growing suspicious of Halbrand in the final episode is so f***ing stupid.
Just lazy lazy lazy writing

I enjoyed it well enough but considering the IP and the massive budget I did expect better

He got what he wanted once he got the elf dude to make the rings and Galadriel knew the jig was up so he made a last ditch attempt to recruit her before he left. Dont know why youre harping on this.

So he went through all that trouble to run into galadriel at sea and everything...to save the elves?
