That episode seemed entirely consistent with the rest of the show. I found the first two episodes of the season to have a much slower pace, don’t know what some of y’all are on.
During that Lalo / Werner’s wife scene it felt like I was watching a Tarantino movie.
Yup the pacing has been this way from the jump and now all of a sudden mfs are mad about it. It’ll all culminate perfectly that’s what Vince and the gang does
Seriously, some people are forgetting long scenes of Mike on steak-outs and s*** like that.
Literally in the Breaking Bad FINALE I remember counting down the minutes thinking oh no, why are we spending so much time with Elliot and his wife! This is nothing new for these showrunners. They give us what we need.

I don’t think anyone complaining about the Lalo scene

The Gus scene didn’t even take up much of the runtime lol
Is ep 5 hype?
if you've liked the season outside the nacho plotline yes

i find them torturing Howard kind of weird but i'm enjoying it yeah

this past episode is probably the nicest this season is going to be to howard lol
Anyone figure out what the award was in Werner’s house yet?
i think it was just some sort of construction/design tool encased and engraved in his memory
if it was from gus' camp then i don't think it'd do much for proof bc gus could just say he lied to the wife. maybe one of werner's men sent it?
i feel like theres no way they give us a fully closed ending on the future/post-bb story line
probably gonna leave it open so they can do a film
Better call Saul fam
We got work to do

I saw this scene and it got me thinking. Will we see more of Lydia this season? Seems like Mike and her have a deeper history than what we’ve seen on the show so far. So far she hasn’t really done anything to warrant this degree of contempt from Mike
Last ep had one of my favorite cold openings.
i really liked episode 4’s opening. that song choice for it was so good.

Sorry it ain’t getting any higher unfortunately.
People don’t wanna put in the work on shows anymore.
