Jeff singing the rhyme in a serious/tense way as he ran around the store gotta be one of the top 10 funniest moments of the entire series for me though

Interesting episode! Felt like a Jimmy’s greatest hits or a Vegas residency. A few thoughts:

I am not sure if this guy really feels as tormented or guilty by his past fully after watching this as much as I anticipated he would during the Gene era, when his life would slow down. He really pulled from huge f\*\*\* ups from his life throughout the episode to convince Jeff to go thru with the plan (Walt example), and then using real life stuff like Chuck dying, Kim leaving, etc. to keep the security guard focused on him. Still preying on elderly women. And he still wants that flash back and the lifestyle back when he re-enters the store after and poses with the dress shirt and tie. Slipping Jimmy for real. Lmaoo my guy is a sicko. Also Jeff laying unconscious on the ground was hilarious as much as it was tense.

Yeaaaa he was really feeling himself! It was like the Kobe 60 point finale for Saul.

Damn I thought it was brilliant how what Gene uses as a lie to get through the scheme is all factual.

I think that, combined with the futility of yet another plan going sideways, made Gene come to terms with how empty his Saul days were.

And now he’s gonna go get Kim.

Why would you want this at the beginning of the season?
