Yeah that s*** is dumb. What’s the point in selling AMC+ if you aren’t gonna have your newest season of BCS on there 🤦🏽♂️
Yea I got the free trial for amc+ cuz thought it was there lol
The only thing about all this I have to question is how would he known he would be loved in prison? He was so scared of going to prison that he requested a specific prison (which was presumably taken out of the deal after he confessed) I just find it hard to believe that was part of the motivation, I’m not sure if that’s what you’re implying but I’ve seen others say that “he wanted longer prison time because the inmates accept him whereas the outside world doesn’t” but that would have been impossible to know that prior to him being on the bus with the inmates
Yeah so I don’t think any of Jimmy’s motivation for taking the life sentence had to do with being liked in Jail. I found that to be a side effect of the Saul Goodman persona. Years of representing criminals so it makes sense he would be respected. I do think it’s really about Kim (specifically Jimmy wanting to show Kim that he still had a heart, and trying to make things right even if it’s years too late)
The time machine metaphor throughout last ep dealt with regrets and the hypothetical question “is there anything you’d change?”
I think Jimmy did finally change at the end because for once he used to system in his favor not to cut corners, or abuse the law for his own benefit. He admitted to what he did as well as his own transgressions that he wasn’t even on trial for.
The ending with Kim and Jimmy sharing the cigarette is so powerful to me because when they were apart both of their worlds were of course devoid of color. It wasn’t until they rekindled their friendship, that we see color in the “spark” they have together. For me I find it very believable that he chose to keep that spark alive, rather than taking the 7 years just to most likely relapse shortly after being released and down another self destructive path that would put others in danger.
I'll rewatch this in a few years cause I wasn't feeling it
Like BB, this is definitely one of the greatest shows I’ve ever seen. Each season has just gotten better and better for me. And I’ve been told that season 6 is the best of them all
The character development of all these characters has been insane. Jimmy, Kim, Mike, Nacho, and Howard
