It’s like he turned right into a little kid with his brother just laying into him. And that broken “that’s not true…” man

love when he leaves and Chuck sits at his desk with what he said to Jimmy. fun detail i found out recently is he immediately looks at a framed photo on his desk, in prior episodes we saw it was a photo of jimmy

Chuck is such an interesting character to me. Because I get why he’s an ass to Jimmy but you’d think at some point he’d take a step back and understand Jimmy is doing what he can to be just like him, not out of spite but admiration

Chuck does this whole fancy show to stick it to Jimmy and he ends up killing himself

new actor okay but life sentence over seven years made a lot of sense in the context of this show, don’t play dumb its such a goated ending

Yeah don’t get me wrong the acting and cinematography is top notch

It just felt like writing took a big step down, they spent 5 seasons building up this ominous confrontation with this creepy ass taxi driver and then suddenly we get goofy slapstick and this sharp left turn into “I ll show you how to scam!” like wtf

and for a show as down to earth/semi realistic as Bcs the trading 7 yrs for life was just so unbelievable and such a hamfisted TV SHOW MESSAGE

Currently doing a full rewatch of the Breaking Bad universe, but I’m doing things a little different this time .
I’m watching everything in chronological order

So I’m currently watching Better Call Saul, and then after Season 6, Episode 9 im going to watch Breaking Bad in its entirety. Then I’ll watch El Camino. After that I’ll finish my rewatch with BCS episodes 10-12

I know that this isn’t intended way to watch everything, but I’ve already watched everything in this universe before, so I wanted to try out a chronological rewatch this time

it’s esssntial if you loved BB but it’s hell of a slow burn

i honestly skip first two seasons on a rewatch. can’t remember what happens first season

he doesn’t become saul until way later in the show but s3 is when he really starts moving slimey

how they didn’t win emmy’s is beyond me

Dude yes, she is a big reason why I like BCS more than BB, personally. Rhea makes Kim pop off every episode & she is just such a wonderful character
