f***ing love slippin Jimmy. his way with words is something else
I think my favorite moment with him is when the last time he talks with Chuck.
It’s like he turned right into a little kid with his brother just laying into him. And that broken “that’s not true…” man

love when he leaves and Chuck sits at his desk with what he said to Jimmy. fun detail i found out recently is he immediately looks at a framed photo on his desk, in prior episodes we saw it was a photo of jimmy

Chuck is such an interesting character to me. Because I get why he’s an ass to Jimmy but you’d think at some point he’d take a step back and understand Jimmy is doing what he can to be just like him, not out of spite but admiration
Chuck does this whole fancy show to stick it to Jimmy and he ends up killing himself
S***ty new actor for Jeff with none of the presence of the guy from the cold open, all the tension from the cold opens gone, weird turn where he just starts doing scams with the lame new Jeff, makes stupid mistake after stupid mistake, then trades 7 years for a life sentence like a total moron
new actor okay but life sentence over seven years made a lot of sense in the context of this show, don’t play dumb its such a goated ending
@4star @K_Spacey @twitch thank you guys for your input on this. y'all were absolutely correct about everything and after finishing the show, I agree with what you've all said.
this show really had me hooked once it started to pick up. initially I was more interested in cartel business but even the lawyer story with jimmy/chuck/Kim/howard was amazing the further the story went.
I'm very happy I ended up pushing through and watch it entirely. can say it will go down as one of my favs, along with BB
you did it
Yeah bro i was in that same boat where I couldn’t get passed the first 3 episodes and everyone on here kept saying push through lol
This is peak TV idc forget anything else between Breaking Bad and this there is no competition
Sue me

There's still hope for an Emmy wftv.com/news/trending/emmys-add-new-legacy-award-first-new-category-nearly-20-years/JFN7Q62WHFAP5GW3LAOQWBCBBU
good points, especially the new Jeff actor not having the same energy as OG Jeff.
I think he was doing those scams to feel alive again. his life looked miserable as just Gene the Cinnabon manager. I def. wish he would have stuck with the 7 years but I think he finally decided to take accountability and end things himself rather than letting someone else do it
Yeah don’t get me wrong the acting and cinematography is top notch
It just felt like writing took a big step down, they spent 5 seasons building up this ominous confrontation with this creepy ass taxi driver and then suddenly we get goofy slapstick and this sharp left turn into “I ll show you how to scam!” like wtf
and for a show as down to earth/semi realistic as Bcs the trading 7 yrs for life was just so unbelievable and such a hamfisted TV SHOW MESSAGE

Nah that s*** was stupid af and you know he regretted that s*** the very next day lmfao you wanna make amends serve your time and then get out and do some good lmaoooo

ok maybe you are dumb cause making amends was not the point

Currently doing a full rewatch of the Breaking Bad universe, but I’m doing things a little different this time .
I’m watching everything in chronological order
So I’m currently watching Better Call Saul, and then after Season 6, Episode 9 im going to watch Breaking Bad in its entirety. Then I’ll watch El Camino. After that I’ll finish my rewatch with BCS episodes 10-12
I know that this isn’t intended way to watch everything, but I’ve already watched everything in this universe before, so I wanted to try out a chronological rewatch this time
I want the most brutally honest non biased response. I tried giving this show a watch twice and both times I stopped after the first few episodes. Just couldn’t get into it
Is this show truly an extremely slow burn throughout the entire series? Or is it only season 1 that’s slow and picks up more in season 2 and so on?
Breaking bad got me hooked right after the first episode which is why I was able to watch it entirely & enjoy it. And I want to do the same with BCS because it’s a BB spin off
it’s esssntial if you loved BB but it’s hell of a slow burn
i honestly skip first two seasons on a rewatch. can’t remember what happens first season
S3 (I think) is when it stops being slow tho and when he becomes Saul
he doesn’t become saul until way later in the show but s3 is when he really starts moving slimey
I think my favorite moment with him is when the last time he talks with Chuck.

how they didn’t win emmy’s is beyond me
these two guys against each other… some of the best acting you can find in american tv
Been watching the last couple weeks, at Season 4
Kim & Jimmy might be my favorite couple in a show

She is one of the best characters ever.
