this is gorgeous
I feel that his flute concerts are gonna be filled with people shouting for Outcast song
He's completely in his head about rapping man but I respect it.
On the flip side it's crazy to still hear him pop up on rap albums like Killer Mike like he ain't missed a beat.
It's interesting to see him do that and months later say rap doesn't come to him anymore.
I do feel like he raps for his friends almost as like a favor. I remember Mike saying Andre didn't really wanna get on the record at first until he heard the hook. I also feel like he does that as a favor to people he really cares about (just like he did the Goodie Mob feature like 3 years ago.)
He’s not as passionate about rapping as he used to be. That’s just not what comes naturally or what he desires to do. But he’s obviously still very skilled and could rap about anything. I’d rather listen to what he puts all his heart into, like Blue New Sun, which is fantastic.

From what I gather, he needs to play this at that Las Vegas sphere with some real spiritual visuals to go alongside the music

He can obv still rap and has interesting things to talk about, prob just doesn’t want to deal with the expectations and playing the game of todays music

I really fw when he pops up on non rap albums the most, like a big ass surprise every time
Damn I really wished one thing people took from the nas and hit boy runs is that this doesn't have to be true
"Called my counterparts, I told 'em they gotta try this s***."
Nas run deadass inspiring

Aesop Rock and Billy Woods are both in their 40s and continued dropping their best work this year

Would be so corny but unfortunately I see it happening
That GQ interview story thing is borderline unwatchable
