First four eps of the new season are recaps but you'll end up missing a lot of the standout animation clips. So if you're gonna do the recap route watch a couple of these if you care enough.

the cgi wasnt that bad surprisingly but im gonna need to see it in brighter lighting before i judge really

The fabrics on that shot of Makima and her lackeys walking into the building was sensational though. Wish we got more of that.

I thought the cgi looked fine in motion but it looks pretty bad when Denji's just standing there swaying and the teeth on the chainsaws look like they're being flickered on and off, it's pretty distracting lol. Those two things are gonna age pretty bad.

Chainsaw man manga is pretty good, but I’m not feeling the art style ngl.
