finished flcl, it was cool but i don't really see why it has the cult following and amount of hype that it has. it's weird and random, which is fun but i guess with the amount of love i hear it getting i just expected more from it, that's not really the shows fault though. the snappiness of the dialog was like a toned down nisioisin, and that was interesting. the episodes were also very fast paced, they just flew by and everyone already knows how good the music is. a solid and fun watch but nothing amazing imo

Super Tournament of Power or Shippuden War Arc

ToP. I really didn’t like the war arc. Kabuto fight with itachi and sasuke was dope though

Yeah so far it reminds me of made in abyss but without the incredible ost and the characters aren’t nearly as interesting

this season of Vinland Saga is so much better than the first. s1 was cool, but felt so cliche

It has been really dope that the show hasn’t just been Thorfinn immediately reverting back to a warrior out of “necessity”, super interesting this season

Real, also love seeing Thorfinn and Einar become such good bros

yup. they really took the most interesting themes from s1 and made the whole second season about em. the powers of forgiveness and pacifism, and finding a purpose after one part of your life ends.

Storytelling so far is pretty rough and these new characters are comically unoriginal.
Cool monster designs tho, hope the show focusses more on the main duo because I like them

finished blue lock finally, been meaning to watch more sports anime so this one was cool to watch. might pick up the manga tho since the animation was lacking a bit in the later half
