Not soon. They basically have to wait until all the key staff members' schedules line up so that they're all free at the same time. Umehara is probably on Bisque Doll S2 which doesn't even have a release date yet. No point in season two of Bocchi releasing before the recap movie so at minimum its going to be summer 2024 or later.

Seems like Shota Goshozono is going in the exact opposite direction for JJK 2
May 21, 2023¡1 replyragedsycokillerI really hope we don't get an "ANIME" ass type of adaptation for the second season. I loved the cinematic approach of CSM. It could be improved for the fight scenes, but those quiet moments were really good.
I heard they bring better director this time around. The rumor is that Cowboys bebop director will be the new director for season 2 will take over for CSM. It basically upgraded, and he work on class anime before, I think Japan will be happy and will everyone like it too. But take it with gran or salt tho since it just rumor.

i like the Chainsaw Man adaptation, but yeah it wouldâve benefited from feeling and looking more like âanimeâ than the film s*** the director was trying to pull off.
Chainsaw Man just wasnât the series to try and tone/style shift. something was lost in translation
