All very talented animators. Might cover Ishihama since he’s the most interesting coming from the Akiyuki Shinbo school of thought, valuing experimentation to tell stories.

Masahiro Ando (not to be confused with a Toei Animator of the same name) is basically Yutaka Nakamura before Yutaka Nakamura. Really talented action animator who did a good portion of fight sakuga in the 90s to early 2000s. Best known for directing Sword of the Stranger. He currently is a storyboard artist or action AD and is freelance (go back to Bones)

Shin Ogasawara is a tremendously talented webgener. Who has a rough yet noticeably cleaner style than most other webgeners. Came up under the leadership of Ryo-Timo and Shingo Yamashita and is currently freelance

yo first episode of ZOM 100 was pretty hilarious, i def enjoyed it. excited to see where that one goes. don’t think i’ve kept up with anything from this season yet, but i need to start that new Bungo Stray Dogs as well

Just started Bang Dream don’t know much about this franchise except that its some kind of rhythm gacha game?? Really loving this so far tho. CGI looks really good and I like this premise with the band break up. Also the way they just told the majority of this episode through Tomori's POV was really cool, can’t wait to see how this progresses

This about Bang Dream? Just watched EP10 and I can’t remember the last time an anime episode had me bawling my eyes out that was the most beautiful s*** I ever seen. I can’t believe how little discussion there is about this show

Episode 10 had me crying too. Episode 7 and 10 are probably my two episodes of the year so far.

Bandori is held back by the fact that:

1. It's CGI
2. It has an all female cast

Both those points alone would prevent plenty of people from checking it out. Combine them together and it has no chance with the general public. I actually do find this season of Bandori has had plenty of discussion though. The main thing is that you need to find the right community. On 4chan's anime board the latest episodes of Bandori have gotten two threads of 500+ replies each. Im in a private Discord where there's like 10 people watching it. If you like non-mainstream stuff you gotta work for it if you want to find people to talk to about it.
