What can I say? Despite the fact I'm an elitist a******, my pick for favourite composer after all these years is the most bland and generic pick possible. Sawano literally does the same thing for every OST, but I love it every time.
I'm not normally a fan of Urobuchi, I think a lot of the characters he writes aren't actual living, breathing characters, and they either exist to be plot devices or to represent concepts. And honestly, the same problems kind of show up here too, but the back-and-forth banter between the characters is some of my favourite I've ever seen in anime. It's just so damn snappy and efficient. There isn't a single throwaway line here.
