I feel like Code Geass would be stupider on rewatch

Honestly thought todays JJK episode was pretty ugly to look at with the amount of ghosting going on

I've seen some people moan about this, but I thought the episode was great. Sure, those effects were a bit distracting at times, but they exist for a reason (and supposedly they'll be removed in the bluray). It was nowhere near enough to ruin the experience for me personally.

I understand that they are there for a reason and maybe I'm just too sensitive to it but it seemed excessive asf this episode and I just found the action hard to follow and the effect really distracting. I’m really curious on what determines the amount of ghosting that goes into an episode cause I definitely feel like I have seen more chaotic or comparable scenes and the ghosting in those scenes weren’t bad enough that I would take notice/start complaining about it

This airs when a lot of children are watching, or if the networks know child demographics are viewing. Later shows like One Piece have no ghosting at all
