i only watched these two last season but

frieren 9/10 - very solid show i really didnt have any complaints with it honestly. thought the journey frieren had of finding of new purpose in life besides being a mage + gaining a better understanding of humans through fern, stark, etc made for a very compelling story. ive seen people say the series fell off during the tournament arc and while its probably not as strong as the first half i dont think it was bad at all really. the animation was also consistently great too, the dance with fern and stark + frieren vs the replica were probably some of the coolest s*** ive seen this year.

dungeon meshi 9/10 - also a very great show, seeing all of early dungeon meshi again but animated reminds me of all the charm and colorful cast of characters i fell in love with reading 3 years ago. its also visually pleasing to look at, im very grateful this adaptation landed in triggers hands as the chaotic and goofy nature of dungeon meshi fits in line with all their other animes. very excited to see the rest of this animated.

Checked out the manga and its pretty much only for children even more so than most shounen these days.

Not even that edgy and tries to be wholesome but very childish so much I dont think anyone above the age of 17 will get much enjoyment out of it

Nah fr that first OP was really evocative, I loved it

The voice acting for some of the other characters is not so bad. Ryo and Anna and some of the other side characters like Silva.

But I'm really glad I've tuned into this. This story has a great philosophy and the English dub at least has great quotes that can be applied to life.
