I was in a anime burnout recently too but rewatching paranoia agent reignited my love lol, kon's works emanates passion, i love them so much. Have you watched all his movies?

There's a reason vagabond is in a hiatus lol, i cant imagine how hard it is for a mangaka to have writer's block, since they also have tons of pressure usually, not that inoue has much pressure at this point since hes allowed to do whatever he wants, but hes more of an exception anyway

the art of manga in general is especially hard

ive been into writting (scripts, poems, music, blogging) for a lot of time and the hardest thing to do is convey thoughts into words

not bragging. Just saying that mangaka take this to another level since their words have to match their imagery and vice versa

plus its a taboo to have someone else do the writting for you. heck, a few years ago, digital drawings were even a taboo.

speaking of pressure, the biggest pressure an artist can have is not being productive

cause guys like inoue, miura, togashi, oda etc have/had this manga thing as their life's compass
