@lilkuya on chapter 6 of Tokyo Ghoul, this dude Kaneki is a b****. Where is this going

Don’t worry just keep reading. The world and characters expand very nicely and Kaneki goes through a lot of changes both physically and mentally apart from just becoming a ghoul plus the art gets so much better as well. I’m not sure if you saw some of the panels I posted but trust me it’s worth the read

@Psychodrama can also vouch that it’s worth

The panels you posted are what’s keeping me reading tbh. It’s slowly picking up, think I just need to be out of this oh no I’m a ghoul arc

All caught up with OPM webcomic as im getting back into reading manga again, feels like everything since the Garou arc are fillers after fillers as the status quo remains the same. Still a dumb fun read nonetheless

Fr need to see more blogs like this, always great to see and getting to know behind the scenes, the creators and staff directly. Once a while we'd get journal piece and those are still bare

Anyone have recommendations for anime like Net-juu no Susume?

I find comfort in someone either going through depression or is doing the NEET lifestyle lol. Been watching March comes in like a lion, but doesn't hit the same. Reminds me more of Your Lie in April

Check out Relife. Also Hi Score Girl shares couple similarity too but I'd say this one is more about the charms of a 90s kid nostalgia and romance

Started the first episode a while ago, but couldn't keep up with the subtitles. Way too much and too fast, I was sooo confused and didn't understand anything. Maybe I should give it another try...

    Ashita no joe

10/10, one of the greatest experiences ive ever had in any medium, still shaking 10 minutes after finishing this masterpiece. One of the most important manga in history, not only in its medium but in japanese society as well. This is the story of an orphan homeless thug barely scraping by in the poorest parts of post ww2 tokyo who rebels to the classist rich who look down on him and his people. This is the story of a immature boy growing up to a man with the weight of his people on his back and his burning passion pushing him forward to be the greates boxer in the world. Setting aside the social aspect, it also tackles passion and rivalry in sports, with joe and rikiishi being a primal example of what's the highest peak sport can reach. I could go on and on praising this masterpiece but its importance in japanese society and pop culture to this day speaks for itself. Please read this, even if its 50 years old it still reads like a modern manga and if you liked megalobox especially you have to read this since the anime is a tribute to ashita no joe
