Not on purpose though, I'm still learning about all this industry stuff and proper marketing tactics! If I would have known all this stuff before releasing I personally think I album would be doing way more numbers. Sometimes being independent sucks d***

Before dropping always send your s*** to Playlist Curators and blogs (big or small) 4-5 weeks before. I don't know why that's the rule but it is, it's dumb as f*** to me that a 4 week old album is considered too old to premiere. Alot of my friends are artists that got posted on big playlists and Pigeons and Planes, no jealously though I got love for them. But damn! They played their cards right.
