Damn I had that s*** since I was a kid, used to get full on panic attacks because of it. I fixed it a few years back tho.
Like i'll be one of the first 10 people in the DMV for example. 30 minutes later, 60 ppl. S***.
Crowded places, sweating, warm places (indoors) and unexpected social situations. My anxiety has been way worse in the past but these things still trigger me to this day tbh

Switched my perspective from avoiding stuff that makes me nauseous and trying to think about something else, to f*** it I'll face that s*** head on and what happens happens. The anxiety went away pretty quick.
Special events where a lot of people can be watching me
I ran track in school and my teammates would call me Peaches because before every meet I would throw up before my event. First time they noticed I was throwing up peaches.
