I can kinda relate to this on a long distance relationship scale where I was literally having to talk to this woman the entire day if she wasn’t working to keep her secure and that wasn’t enough. My circumstances were unusual though. In other context I usually don’t mind. Shorty I talk to now we face time 1-5 hours but we also only do this like 2 or 3 days a week

Run. Just slowly phase it out while learning boundaries yourself. Not every call needs to be answered. Just say you’re busy. Or if you’re a thug straight up say you don’t like talking on the phone so much.
