I don’t watch full movies, I make a playlist of my favorite scenes & watch them on shuffle

It's not that we don't have the capacity, we just choose not to. If AM can give me the good songs, why would I listen to the bad ones? This way I have more time for other activities, like spending more time at work or watching TikTok reels.

I used to when I was getting into music and then realized that most albums don’t deserve my time. I delete anything I don’t love. Shuffle is king

This is completely fair. If a song (hip hop at least) doesn’t capture you within a minute, then it’s fair to skip the s***. Nowadays a lot of hip hop is quite repetitive and doesn’t require a full listen to determine if you like it so I don’t know why people pretend it’s a sin to hit skip
