I love 2 cups of coffee in the morning every weekday. Can’t see myself ever quitting tbh
can't tell if you're trolling or being serious b
nah im serious almost everyone my parents age are ruined by it and most dont even know it, caffeine addiction and withdrawal can lead to extreme mood changes, extreme lack of focus, depression and even physical detriments such as heart and liver problems
idk if it's my city, Tim Hortons came from my city and there's one or more on every main road, but Timmies coffee n cigarettes go hand in hand for 75% of everyone over the age of 45 if not more
and we have about 15 Starbucks in our city too
lets not forget these same people are often also McDonalds, BK, Taco Bell and Wendys fiends who get a size L coke, baja blast or barqs every time

I be having an energy drink every other day lol I ain’t think about it as addiction until rn
I used to take large amounts I overdosed on ec stack about a year ago had heart issues for a while after
I would use ephedrine and caffeine while cutting and would still use preworkout and also drink red bull all day
400mg everyday for like 5 months now
Been doing 3-4 hours of Cardio and eating like 800-1300 calories so I need this. I got myself off and I felt amazing, but hopped back on because I need to finish the mission.

if they dont know theyre addicted and theyre middle aged it does not matter tbh, their bodies are used to it and it isnt giving them any mental stress
not that there arent side effects ofc and if they went cold turkey theyd be pretty sick for a few days
this isnt a crisis tho

yeah of course lmao
nicotine use and prescription d**** are 1000x more detrimental in the short and long term
but dietary issues and heart issues are at least 10x more common now than in the 1980s, especially in the West as well as many Asian countries, and caffeinated drink addiction goes hand in hand with both of those
if ur struggling with this taper off for a week or two, start exercising, and go to bed or wake up at the same time every night depending on if you are a morning or night person
if u smoke weed take a break from that too u need to get better sleep
most important imo is not to worry about how much sleep you get, stick to your bedtime or alarm and take advantage of any free time you are up to be productive, boredom will exhaust you
