Yeah
For me it was the mental and emotional benefits
Dairy made me cloudy/emotionally unstable
Cutting it made me more clear headed and calm
No
Yea...well partially cuz I still have cheese occasionally. Though I went from full fat milk to almond milk
What I noticed is almond milk doesn’t feel as “heavy” per say and thankfully also alleviated my acne problems. Can’t imagine going back tbh
90% of my acne went away, and it improved my digestive health. But I still have a pint of ice cream maybe once every other week.

Does almond milk have any bad side effects about it?

Put it my cereal once and I had to throw it all out.
less ibs symptoms
I think a little dairy like cheese on sandwiches and burgers, or butter when cooking, is not going to hurt anybody. It’s the more considerable amounts you consume everyday like bowls of cereal that impact you negatively.
Yeah I’m trying. Butter and cheese def the hardest to give up, but thankfully there’s a handful of vegan cheeses that I like. Other than that I’ve pretty much cut it all out. Oat milk gang
I dropped milk altogether. Dairy milk got so much concerns to it while alt milk taste inferior and yet another industry springing up leading to more factories and land farming (woat!)
