Switched to drinking oat milk and now I can do standing backflips and I also graduated from med school at a record pace.

I take a couple sips of choccy choc most days bc I love it but usually buy almond/cashew or soy milk for shakes/smoothies/ post workout chugs
It's crazy you hear about nearly every part of the cow being used for food except the udder
I'm actually allergic to dairy (it f***s up my skin) but cheese based foods are one of my favs and I wouldn't be able to give it up
milk got a lot of benefits but you ain’t ready for that convo
I don't understand the agenda against milk unless it's from a vegan point of view or obv you have an intolerance of it
It's a great source of protein, calcium, vitamins
Stuff like almond milk isn't bad for u (and I actually prefer it to milk) but it's got basically no nutritional benefit In comparison
I mean if you're eating dairy all day of course that's not good for u like anything but in moderation can be an important part of your diet

Follow Your Heart, Violife, Miyokos, and Chao all make solid stuff. Even heard Trader Joe’s makes a decent one. Just gotta try em til you find one you rock with.
Def not a 1:1 match to regular cheese, never will be, but they’ve gotten close. S***s come a long way. It’ll taste a little different at first, but similarly to alternative milks you get used to it after you have it enough
