The convenience is GOAT. Can get a few chapters in during downtime anywhere. Definitely has increased the amount I read significantly.

I do worry about screen time though. It’s nice to get away from screens with a real book but it just doesn’t outweigh all the other benefits of phone reading.

This year ive read like 10 out of 15 books ive read on my phone. It's so easy to download free s*** on my Mac and sync it with iCloud library.

    all the time

  • Dec 10, 2022

never. I spend too much time on my phone as it is and use reading to take a break from that

e-readers really the best of both worlds

  • Dec 11, 2022

i think its disgusting and disrespectful to read a book thru a phone

maybe a tablet for special occasions only

  • Dec 11, 2022

found it pretty cumbersome to read on but dealt with it for years till i got a galaxy fold 3 a few months ago. SUPER convenient to read stuff on

The thing is, I’m not going to carry a Kindle everywhere I go. But my phone is always there. Let’s me read at times I wouldn’t even think about reading usually

    do you have a specific model/type you'd recommend ?

  • Dec 12, 2022

It makes it easy to read chapters here and there since I’ve always got my phone on me, but it’s absolute hell on the eyes.

  • Me but I hate it. Need to get me a Kobo

I like Libby but I do prefer reading the physical book
Staring at the screen for too long hurts my lil eyeballs

  • Jan 5, 2023

Tried it but I prefer smaller screens for cell phone usage in general which doesn’t lend well to reading books.

That makes my eyes hurt. Reading KTT is enough. What if I replace KTT time with reading time 🤔
