This is the same thing the Weeknd did that had y'all acting like he was the one who made Take Care what it was when his name only appeared in the credits of 5 songs.

No one is downplaying what Yachty contributed but Drake is still the driving force behind all those songs. He's the one writing the bulk of the lyrics, coming up with bulk of those melodies. It's many of those songs Yachty contributed to that he alone can't make himself if he was left to it.

Yachty himself confirmed that he's been basically begging Drake for years to just be in the room with him when he's working on music to even just see his process. They've known each other since like 2016 and finally work together creatively last year and now y'all wanna do the most lol.

At the end of the day, the most Yachty contributed to any of those songs is co-writing/co-production and at best that's a line here, a melody there and he didn't co-write on every song he was credited on. He also ain't the main producer on any song. It's all there in the credits, not sure why y'all are upset at me lol.
