Kava is a beverage from the south pacific. It relaxes the s*** out of you. I have been drinking for 5+ years and it is simply the best. Anyone on here drinking kava?

Traditionally prepared kava should not be gritty. I switched from alcohol to kava and the benefits are apparent.

Yes kava on the up. No negative side effects with long term use expect dry skin, been drinking nightly for awhile now, and can stop without any effects. Also there is no real hangover so you wake up refreshed

Lol what side effects? All that liver scare s*** is bunk. If you look into it any negatives from kava it came from a big push in the early 2000 where they put above ground parts in to pills and s***. People in the south pacific been drinking it for 2000+ years and they aint dropping dead. Kava is made from below ground roots only.
