Those are all good online brands some are on amazon else each have their own website.

Their is micronized and medium grind kava. Micronized you just mix with water but your stomach will feel it if you go overboard. Medium grind you need to strain in a fine strainer. It is best to just get a strainer from one of those companies else like a 50 micron paint strainer works.
