    Bad Finger Boogie

I wouldn't go so far to say my life straight up changed but I just mean in terms of the way you see art and TV in particular.

After you've seen The Sopranos you'll never see other TV the same again, much like with The Wire it's something that I end up judging everything against whether I like it or not.

Like they're so good that I barely get into other shows people gas up because they never compare to the goats

last sentence is me fr. my pops tried to put me onto snowfall saying its better than the sopranos, i damn near laughed in his face

Paused in the middle of season 4 of The Sopranos to randomly rewatch The Wire. Enjoyed what I saw for the most part but I’m not really rushing back to it. After stepping back for a second I realized I don’t really care about any of the characters on The Sopranos; the ones who aren’t criminals are arguably more annoying and less likable than the ones who are except for maybe Melfi but it seemed like they didn’t really know what to do with her anymore after a while. Like, that “Employee of the Month” episode is good for how sadly realistic its ending is but it also seemed kind of lazy writing-wise in relation to this specific character.
