The second you start seeing everyone else perform the anxiety fades away. Not hard to be funnier than most people if you aren't stiff and nervous as f***.

Never forgot at the end of junior year. Our teacher was asking us all what we wanted to be later in life.

The annoying non funny but try hard funny kid said he wanted to be a comedian.

The teacher looked right at him and said “you’re not funny”

His soul got crushed. But he was so f***ing annoying someone had to say it.

Yeah I'm trying to start writing now, trying to make funny out of nothing is hard.

Remember one time on school trip, someone aspired to be do stand-up and the teachers decided that everyone had to see their show, it was terrible. No mic presence, all one liners with bad timing and delivery while the jokes themselves were just simply puns that didn't correlate to each other, everything was just a mess.

Some people think that witty remarks and comments equals being able to convert and deliver humor in a orderly manner, it doesn't necessarily.

Same tbh. I've never tried, but I should, just to put the thought to rest.

I think I'd do better as an improv actor like SNL or something.
