Also how exactly is her ult meant to be used? I know people say it’s defensive and for escaping so do you just throw it at your feet?

She honestly doesn't need any buffs. Her ult could come out a little faster, but it's fine.

I use it offensively and defensively. Throw it at them and then push while they retreat and scramble or throw it at near my feet and run if I'm getting pushed and about to die.
