The air is very thin. I like it. I’ll seriously consider it if they can manage pro cameras in it in the future

i cancelled my 17 pro. Now I'm thinking about the air instead or waiting until next year to get the new air there

I’m tempted for the fold but I think my main thought process for upgrade next year is

1. Regular pro if the camera system is the same as the pro max like this year
2. The air if they can manage the pro cameras.

I want to downgrade size wise but I won’t sacrifice cameras for it

Fold isnt for me, I have a 15 pro now, but I barely use the camera. So Air would be perfect

it’s genuinely terrible and yes it’s extremely buggy makes all menus more complicated and adds extra steps to everything

my faceid doesnt work half of the time

I've had literally no problems

i wish i could be as lucky half the time i’ll use face id doesn’t work then ill type in password maybe it will open or ill have to do it again

doesn’t ever pull up the actual text conversation whenever you click on a message
Having it crash on multiple different APPLE apps not jsur some random ones it’s been so buggy and i’m on 16 pro max so it’s not like im on some older phone

i will say the liquid glass clock is cool looking

the extra steps you have to do though for everything sucks like apple music having to not just have all the things in the bottom
or when you highlight a text and want to look it up well now you have to go through a little menu just to get to it

it’s like they made a bunch of changes that take away the ease and simplicity for looks

oh im on 15 pro, and it's extremely buggy

it jusr cause the text bar to be in the middle of the page and this

it puts that little bar lower than it actually is so if you have to go back in a text it’s a bit harder to figure out where it’s gonna be

It’s only doing it for me in certain sections, here it does it but in music/tv&film it doesn’t

for me it’s been all over the site which i know won’t take long till it’s fixed but pretty annoying right now

update is cool as f***, best changes are on the iPad, its more of a hybrid between a mac and a iPad now, would really recommend an iPad now for someone who wants a tablet that can be laptop capable. This is the route they should go for the iPad, my only selling point previously was the added screen space, but this actually adds a lot of quality to life improvements for multitasking.

Needs bug fixes though, having issues with apple music, and discord needs updated to suit the OS obviously, so some streaming problems. Some clipping problems with the UI.

Yeah I use them pretty often. Also mental thing where I can’t stomach leaving performance on the table
