you think big sur coming out or theyre just releasing the date?
apparently the first version is finished and ready to go
Really not a big deal. Most people use cases anyway. Better than having your entire phone be twice the weight and thickness or significantly compromising camera quality. There are just laws of physics that can't be overcome so the bump is necessary
Android phones like the Mi 10 Ultra do it though
word? Like mind blowingly faster?
it's 3.9x faster
it uses like 19.8watts (9v/2.2amp) the old charger is 5watts (5v/1amps)

welcome to the world of fast charging
is that 6gb of ram worth getting the pro?
iOS is pretty well optimized and can run great with 4GB
the extra RAM would only help if you were doing large file transfers, rendering 4k videos or something else intense on your phone often.
MacOS & iOS use the RAM as a cache so it can boost performance but not for normal everyday use
12 Pro just came
Blue colour looks so nice and I love the build.
I highly recommend the leather case!

Literally never use cases for my phones, hate them

this isnt really true, those things u mentioned dont use ram
ram is used for multitasking, with 6gb youll be able to have more apps running on the background, so like youll be able to multitask an app you had opened longer ago if u have more ram (for example)

I didn’t use a case for the last 2 weeks and I enjoyed it but the phone
Gets hot to the touch sometimes and I don’t like that

Oh really
I'll see how it goes, if so then I'd probably go for the leather one.
What do you guys think they're gonna call the new Mac chips? You think they're gonna stick with the A#X naming scheme or go with something else
A little excited.
I’m hoping for a MacBook Pro 13” refresh.
I know all the Apple know-it-all’s say it won’t happen, similarly to Apple’s last chip transition, but honestly times are different now.
Things evolve more quickly, and Apple is falling behind in terms of design, especially with that 13”
