iOS is pretty well optimized and can run great with 4GB

the extra RAM would only help if you were doing large file transfers, rendering 4k videos or something else intense on your phone often.

MacOS & iOS use the RAM as a cache so it can boost performance but not for normal everyday use

this isnt really true, those things u mentioned dont use ram

ram is used for multitasking, with 6gb youll be able to have more apps running on the background, so like youll be able to multitask an app you had opened longer ago if u have more ram (for example)

I didn’t use a case for the last 2 weeks and I enjoyed it but the phone

I know all the Apple know-it-all’s say it won’t happen, similarly to Apple’s last chip transition, but honestly times are different now.

Things evolve more quickly, and Apple is falling behind in terms of design, especially with that 13”
