Also ordered an M1 Air switching from windows. any tips for getting accustomed to Mac OS?
Focus on getting used to the keyboard shortcuts & trackpad gestures.
They need to start making 14 inch macbooks(especially airs). I like big screens for the real estate. 13 just feel too small and 16 seem like too much computer.
Big Sur really be draining my 2015 MbPro battery significantly faster than the previous OS version. Did y’all notice this too? Bet it’s better on the new MbPro with the M1 chip.
At that price they better sound incredible
deadasss even then ima have to see the beats version first
I wonder if Apple will be still be able to innovate during this decade. iPhone 12 and these new AirPods are pretty meh
$549 though?
Sheesh
Exactly. Eff outta here. They probably just piggybacked off the beats technology and threw an Apple logo on them. Better get you some Sony M4s

It's Apple. Look what they've done with the Beats property.
You really think this about to be $549 worth of headphones?
You think these about to be THAT much better than everything on the market for about 200 dollars less?
EDIT: Eff it, I'll let Floss tell y'all when these drop

I’m pretty sure these will be on par with Sony m4s, I’m looking at the extra $200 for Apple ecosystem/convenience. It may seem unreasonable but when actually using the product is where the value is. If someone is not deep in apples ecosystem then yeah it’s not worth it.

Airpods pros not even better than a good amount of the competition at or below that price point.
But you got it. $200 extra dollars for ecosystem. Apple got y'all brainwashed lol

AirPods Pro’s it’s worth it for ease of use with the ecosystem. With day to day use that’s where the value is. Everyone is not an audiophile so the best sound quality isn’t for everyone. Talking/switching between different devices with ease/comfort/design is other things to consider besides the best sound quality.
It’s not about being brainwashed, it’s about having the best overall experience possible.
